05 Withdrawals

09 Account Suspension & Closure

bdt69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose bdt69 to legal or regulatory risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
